Yes pretty much what Heders mentioned.. typically you will See GM's and Asst GM's in the Corporate areas.. as that is where we conduct most the Clan Corporate happenings.. your point is well taken, and I think you will start seeing more Admins and Lead Admins around, and easly accessible. Another good method of asking for help.. be it for Kicks, or Mic bugging out..etc. is to post a message in your "comments" like "I would like to speak to an Asst GM please. Just keep in mind of the chain of command. We definately try and make our rounds trust me, but there is a ton of back end work that we do to keep everything running smoothly.
